Our stated production time is 2 weeks. If your item is in stock at our workshop, this timeframe can be significantly shorter. It is also possible to place an EXPRESS order , which will be prioritized and ready within 4 days .

Our delivery times are those of bpost for Europe. Shipments within Belgium generally take 24 to 48 hours. Shipments to the rest of Europe take between 2 and 4 days. Please note that during holiday periods, delivery services may experience delays of a few days, so be sure to place your order well in advance.

Outside of Europe, we will provide delivery times based on your country.

Customefy works with bpost to ship orders to European countries. You can therefore order directly from our online shop without worry, and you will receive your order after Customefy's processing time and the Belgian postal service's delivery time.

Delivery to BELGIUM is FREE for orders over €95 on the webshop.

For deliveries within France, Mondial Relay is also an option. However, as this service is less reliable during peak holiday periods, it is advisable to choose delivery via bpost.

Our workshop is located in Tervuren, Belgium. If you prefer, you can pick up your order directly from the workshop. Simply select this pickup option when placing your order. All pickup information will be sent by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
