I browse the site to make my choice
Perhaps you have a specific request, or perhaps you're simply looking for a personalized gift idea. In either case, take some time to browse our website for inspiration; it's full of ideas for all tastes and budgets.
If you want to see all our items on a single page and sort them by price or popularity (for example), go to the shop page. It contains our entire product range.
I pay for my order online
Orders placed through our online shop can be paid for securely online. We use Stripe for online payments. This system allows us to receive payments by credit card as well as by Bancontact (for Belgium).
I am paying for my order by bank transfer.
If you prefer not to pay online, you can also contact us to pay for your order by bank transfer. Of course, in this case, we will begin processing your order after receiving your payment. Therefore, please allow a few extra days for delivery.
I receive my mockup by email
Within 48 hours, you will receive an email from Customefy with your chosen design. This design can still be modified (add text and/or a motif). Simply confirm your agreement by replying to the email to begin personalizing your order. No order will be processed without your confirmation. This is to avoid any potential spelling mistakes or misunderstandings. So, keep a close eye on your inbox and carefully review the design. 🙂
If necessary, I will contact Customefy to request a mockup
If you haven't found what you're looking for among the site's customization options, or if you have a specific idea in mind, you can contact us to request a mockup just for you.
How to proceed?
1. Place and pay for your order online.
2. Send us your order number and your personalization request via the form on the contact page.
3. That's it! We'll take care of the rest.
Production times
Our stated production time is 2 weeks. If your item is in stock at our workshop, this timeframe can be significantly shorter. For urgent orders, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form or by phone; we can always find a solution 🙂
Delivery times
Our delivery times are those of bpost for Europe. Shipments within Belgium generally take 24 to 48 hours. Shipments to the rest of Europe take between 2 and 4 days. Please note that during holiday periods, delivery services may experience delays of a few days, so be sure to place your order well in advance.
Outside of Europe, we will provide delivery times based on your country.
